Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can always contact us for any return question at rockerbyedestash@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on vinyl cuts or gift cards. However if your gift card was to the wrong site let us know and we can cancel and re-issue a new one to the correct site. (retail vs. preorder)
