It's been a hot minute and I'm sorry for going MIA on you all but I've been busy behind the scenes! I'm back and I'm super excited to share with you all this newest sew. I used my coveted Rockerbye plaid for it and I have no regrets!
Introducing the new Made for Mermaids Neveah Romper and Dress Pattern! This pattern is extra special to me as I helped develop the baby version. Obviously I had to use my all-time fav fabric company for this special occasion! It's the perfect pattern for all seasons and can give a huge variety of looks.
The Neveah comes in baby, child, and women's sizes and has both a romper option with pants, shorts, or crop length (only in kids and women's) and a dress option. The back is an adorable little tie keyhole that is actually really easy to do!! For sleeves, you can choose between a ruffle only sleeve, long sleeve, 3/4 length, short sleeve, or a layered ruffle sleeve look like I did with Sutton's. Fabric type definitely changes the look of this- I used cotton lycra for Sutton's version which is great for babies and kids but if you are looking to make the Women's I'd definitely recommend Rockerbye's amazing Bamboo.
The baby pattern size ranges from newborn up to 18-24 months and comes with a few extra options than the child and women's. These include a crotch snap plackets for both the shorts and pants and elastic options for pants and shorts for a more fitted bubble look.
Here a few examples of the other versions I made (not Rockerbye but think of all the options for RBD Goodness!! I can't wait to make more! ).
The Neveah Patterns are on sale right now through the 13th of October so make sure you scoop them up! You can save even more by getting a bundle of multiple patterns if you are looking for some matching options. Since it's my first pattern I wanted to give one away! So check out the Rafflecopter below and enter to win the Baby Neveah Pattern. Thanks so much for reading!
Happy Sewing and Rocking
Michelle
P.S.- Sutton says hats are for the birds ;)

Love it!
I really need a baby in a brain/zombie naveah, but this plaid is also epic
Super cute!! (Pattern and baby both)
Thanks for modeling Sutton!
Sutton is adorable! I would love to make with the rainbow galaxy. I think it would also look great in any of the black and white coordinates and all of the solid colors for a great wardrobe builder.
I would love to make one of these in rainbow unicorns!
