Insert- Halla Forever Fit Joggers . These amazing pants will quickly become a staple in your little one's closet. They work amazingly with any kind of knit that has decent stretch and recovery. The size ranges are NB to 3/6 months, 6/9 months to 3/4 yr, 4/5 yr to 7/8 yr, and 8/9 yr to 11/12 yr. Emerson is wearing the 6/9m-3/4 years here with tons of room to grow! They work by simply rolling the bands up or down to fit your kiddo.
Full Disclosure.... he's actually wearing them backward. My husband put them on wrong (I know I can't be the only one) and I was so focused on getting cute pictures I didn't notice until we were knee deep in crazy dirty toddler photo shoot. At that point, I'm sure you all know, there is no going back. BUT it's a true testament to how amazing these pants are! They'll fit a fluff butt backward and STILL look cute!!! Squish was perfect for them and he stayed nice and cozy! I used French Terry for the bands, although I could have used Squish as well I just had limited squish available.
The Forever Fits also come with some adorable detail options that you can add or leave off. You can choose between no pockets, hidden pockets, or patch pockets (which is what I used). The waistband can either be regular or a folder over yoga style, and there is also a super cute faux fly detail you can use! (remember they are on backward so the pockets will sit a little more normal... sigh.)
Overall they are a super easy sew for basic pants, so great for beginners, and can move to more intermediate when you start feeling comfortable to add the details.
